A silver ion is simply a charged particle of silver that we've bonded to our silk. You can't see it or feel it, but it works at the microscopic level to naturally help fight bacteria. For the longevity and preservation of Mineralized Silk™, hand wash in cold water with a pH-neutral detergent. If you prefer machine washing, use the delicate cycle in a silk-only load. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners, and dry flat or hang in the shade out of direct sunlight.
Our Mineralized Silk™ is treated with silver ions, they aren't woven into the fabric itself.

Nodpod was designed to be worn freely in any horizontal sleeping position. It's designed to get you to sleep, not to stay on all night. For seated and upright use we've designed a pull-through slit to fasten Nodpod in place.
